Onwards to the “Fraueninsel”, tiny but there’re surprisingly 250 people living there right next to the monastery.

And again, perfect weather, perfect day, perfect company!

Part I:

Trip to the bigger island “Herreninsel” with castle “Herrenchiemsee” (lots of interesting fountains and impressive interior design, although too much gold for my taste) and quiet, beautiful nature.

and again: breathtaking, beautiful, couldn't get enough

on the way back quick stop at Molly Gallivan's, where they closed everything up while we were still walking around the premises with a key and everything, obviously totally forgotten by the owner
