Instruments: 7 years of clarinet in school, beginner level cello. Taught myself guitar and piano, could play maybe 2 songs on each of them with any level of coherency

Languages: American English, a smattering of Spanish, German, and Russian, but nowhere close to conversive or fluent in them. I’m learning German on Duolingo and it says I’ve learned 14% of the language, so interpret that how you will 😂

Random Fact:....? Uh, idk... I wrote some fanfiction. It didn’t get far or do very well, possibly because its subject jumped out of his boyband in the middle of it, so not really my fault or a reflection on my writing I hope. But I finished it, and I’m proud of myself.

Aesthetic: large books scattered about, too many half-filled notebooks, half-drunk tea, comfy clothes, spring flowers, autumn air, solitude, a dull face with a twinkle in the eye, dead eyes and a smiling face, having no drama and therefore being dramatic while going about everyday activities, napping while watching tv, fear in the day, clarity in the night.

Calling all pagan Ex-Christians

I’m having a hard time with spirituality since leaving Christianity.

Almost every single religion/following/deity I see reminds me of Christianity in some way and I am quickly (seemingly permanently) turned off to it. Everything feels like the performances I grew up watching people do in the name of Jesus/God/Holy Spirit of the Christian Bible.

I haven’t connected with anything or anyone in terms of religions or deities. If any ex-Christians have recommendations, I’d love to learn about either how they overcame their aversion to deities or what gods have qualities that do not resemble the deity of the Christian Bible.

(Preemptive addition: I do NOT have anything against Christian Witches. No issue at all. You do you, sweetie, but that god is not for me 😬👍🏼)
