I love how determined and comfortable with killing Katniss becomes. Once she gets a bow, she realizes she's the predator and no longer prey. She wants Cato to show up because she knows she can kill him. She is "anticipating the moment with pleasure."

Especially after Rue is killed, she has hatred. She knows the Capitol is where the blame truly lies, but that "has not lessened my hatred for my competitors in the least."
