Hmm, lets come back to that later. Action: Go right
{[GO]: [RIGHT]}
You continue right and enter the [Public Airship Docks.]
There is a small metal [Shack] with a large neon [Sign] above it.The sign shows a cartoon robot giving a thumbs up next to a wrench. An identical [Robot] stands underneath it block a [Metal Door] on the side of the shack. The robot has many spindly arms and a large metal container on its back.
There is also a [Small Screen] ticking off a long string of words you don’t recognize.
A gruff looking [Goblin] with many scars and a small grey beard blocks the [RIGHT] path. Behind them you can see more [Lifts] marked with yellow stripes.
The robot, [Fix-it!™] greets you warmly, although their voice suddenly changes and they quickly mutter some legal disclaimers under their breath.
The Goblin shouts angrily at the robot, and you notice that they have the same accent as [Eiona]
You have found the mechanic and you have also met the person in charge of the local [Airships] although you can’t visit the docks until tomorrow.
The [LEFT] path leads to [Yexxies First Floor Entrance]The [RIGHT] path leads to the [Airship Dock Alpha] but Zero is currently blocking the way. There is a locked [DOOR] leading into [Fix-it!™’s workshop]

What Should We Do Now?
On page 671, can you please explain number 15? I really don't understand it. I read your solution but it's not really working out for me :(
When you have a question about a solution I've already posted, consider leaving a comment on that post. That way, future students who find that post will get to see two takes on the solution!
Note that you can actually plot the graphs of each function in the answer choices. For example, with (A), you can plot the points (1, 44), (2, 44), (3, 44), etc.
Choice (B) would be (1, 1), (2, 2), (3, 3), etc.
Choice (C) would be (1, 44), (2, 88), (3, 132), etc.
Choice (D) would be (1, 1/44), (2, 2/44), (3, 3/44), etc.
Choice (E) would be (1, 45), (2, 46), (3, 47), (4, 48), and (5, 49).
Once you've drawn those, you'll see that only (A) and (E) are even close to the points given on the graph. Choice (A) basically says that there is no improvement and that hamsters perform equally well on their first try through the maze and their fifth try. Choice (E) says it takes them LONGER on their fifth try than it does on their first.
The data seems to indicate that there's no improvement based on practice, but it doesn't seem to suggest that the hamsters actually get worse. That's why (A), the flat line, is the correct choice.
Does that help?
