I haven’t been in the right headspace to read much this year, or post about the few books I did finish. Wanted to get them down before I start a 2021 list.
2020 Book 3: The Beautiful and the Cursed
I picked this up at a library sale in 2019. I enjoyed this, but found myself annoyed that I didn’t notice it was part of a series. It stands alone okay, so I don’t know if I’ll ever seek out the others. My TBR pile is big enough as it is.
2020 Book 4: Dime
Another library sale book. This one was rough. CW for child abuse, human trafficking, and drug use.
After spending the majority of her young life living in a foster home, Dime just wants a real family that will support her and call her their own.

2020 Book 5: Mossflower
Like the previous 2, this book also came from the library sale. Unlike the previous 2, I will be looking out for other titles from this author.
Just finished this one today. An exciting tale about standing up for your community against a tyrant.
