So, back in 2021, I drew Pidge in the Jack-o pose with Palakitty Pidge sleeping on his butt. And a conversation with the others sparked me wanting to revisit it, but instead of fully redrawing it? Change the angle and indicate that Pidge is still stuck there with the fifty pound housecat still snoozing away. And I am pleased. But damn, he's strong to still be there. Though I'd be concerned about those claws.

@queenscene2 was craving some Palakitty Pidge when I was hit with the need to draw. So. I managed to figure something out. So, here we have our three foot tall lass, fighting those kitty instincts. While a mouse is being a mouse and stealing a Pidge’s snacks. This ought to end interestingly.

Anywho! It's been a moment since I've drawn Palakitty. I dunno when this one was started but it wasn't finished. So, I stumbled upon it and decided to finish it. Pidge sleeps wherever she wants. Between Shiro and Adam. On Hunk's stomach. On Keith's face. She fits, she sits. And how Keith is breathing, we don't know. But oh well.

So, I came across a pic (I guess from snapchat? I don’t know) on facebook of a cat in a tank captioned “My friend got his cat a tank”, and I thought of palakitty Pidge with that. And you can bet that it was Shiro who took the picture and made the caption, Adam getting Pidge the tank.

So. I had the desire for some palakitty stuff. And I wanted to work with Pidge in her armour. Though I changed it up a bit and using inspiration from a helmet design I had found in my journey through google images, I added a lower face protector to look like a lion face. Or. Cat face in general. Changed a few things with her armour, too, a bit more green accents, a protector for her tail, no point over her stomach, a pouch on the side because she carries stuff with her, claws. She’s ready to wreck a Galran’s day!

Don’t worry, Pidge won’t claw him; I don’t think she can claw any Hunk on purpose. Anyway! I was thinking of how some people, myself included, give cats smooches. Or try. Some cats don’t mind, others lean away or push their paws into your face. Well, I decided to do that. I also wanted to draw VF Hunk, so... went realities colliding again! I enjoy doing this.

I’m gonna be honest, I was so tempted to say “Screw it, VF, I’m giving Hunk the same colour pallet for DotU or VLD!” Who knows, maybe another time I’ll mess around and have fun with that. For now.... This. Doing my best getting his colours from screenshots.
