These characters are from a Chinese kids show called Space Mouse, and the characters the shells are based on include:

Candy (mouse with pink suit)

Rice Cake (mouse with a red suit)

Lemon (mouse with a yellow suit)

Spring Roll (mouse with a blue suit)

Gold Dust (mouse with a purple suit)

I’ve heard that the show copies Keroro Gunso, but I haven’t compared both shows, so Idk.

Semi-forgotten Walter Lantz characters, 'Space Mouse' and 'Windy & Breezy' feature in a couple of Spanish Woody Woodpecker comics in 2004.

Could they have been proposed to return in the 1999 Woody Woodpecker animated series as well...? 🤔
