Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tbsp coconut milk. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup ghee, melted for brushing. 1/4 cup coconut aminos optional, for dipping.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, and sea salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, coconut milk, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough onto the parchment paper and use your hands to shape it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Using a knife, cut the dough into breadstick shapes. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown. While still warm, brush the breadsticks with melted ghee for added flavor. Serve your Paleo Garlic Breadsticks with coconut aminos for dipping, if desired.
