A tasty and healthier substitute for classic honey-baked chicken wings are these Paleo wings. They make a great snack or are ideal for parties because they are flavorful, savory, and sweet.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tbsp coconut aminos. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Combine honey, coconut aminos, olive oil, paprika, onion, and garlic powders with salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings after placing them in a sizable mixing bowl. Toss to evenly coat the wings. Place the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven, basting with the remaining marinade halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and have a lovely caramelized glaze. Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool a little. Before serving, garnish with fresh cilantro. Savor your Paleo Honey-Baked Chicken Wings with Chortles!
