Reasons for populations to grow:

1. Poorly upheld reproductive rights for both women and men.

2. Ban on abortion.

3. Religious beliefs that command people to procreate in spite of the odds (which they do if they possess little critical thinking).

4. The general male population is too uneducated about sex to know how to pull out (which is the bare minimum).

Reasons for populations not to grow:

1. Systematic eradication of a population.
