How to deal with a panic attack

Okay here is what you do: first wash your face and hands, towel vigorously, then dim the lights. Now breathe deeply through your nose following this pattern:

Breathing works because our panic response is tied to our oxygen levels. Fill those lungs completely then exhale completely get all of the bad air out and fill your lungs to full capacity with fresh clean air. Now observe the panic knowing that it is just a chemical response. See it as if it is happening to someone else or in a movie. You are fine. This will pass. It always passes. You are fine. You will be calmer in just a few minutes. It takes some time to get the chemicals out of your bloodstream. You will be fine. 

You can repeat the mantra of peace “Om Shanti, Shanti Shanti.”

Alexia, Bing, and Pamic headcannons

Because I feel bad about not writing part 3 of SNTY yet.

Bing and Alexia’s love life

Alexia and Bing met through google. Bing was lonely and Google figured, “everyone I know is out of his league but I owe him one and Alexia’s the least out of his league.”

Their first date was at the theater. They both thought the movie was shit, so they ended up making out a lot.

Bing is a heckin gentleman. He never rides his skateboard to Alexia’s house, but he’s definitely not afraid to use it in front of her.

Google was right in that Alexia is out of Bing’s league, but it’s a Rodger Rabbit kinda thing. Alexia loves watching him do all that incredible trick stuff on his board, and his jokes are great. (Actually they’re all terrible puns but shhh)

They’ve definitely made a pillow fort before.

The robots are Ace.

Just Alexia

Like Bing, she can’t truly swear. She has a little more leeway but not much.

She’s a little more chill than the other robots. Besides Bing but you can’t fucking top that level of chill.

Her mini version is Echo. Echo is very much like Alexia, but much more matter of fact.

She often hands out discount codes for Amazon prime. She doesn’t really mean to do this, her secondary objective (after answering commands and questions) is advertising for Amazon.

She knows how to have fun, but excitement isn’t so much her thing. Like, she likes board and video games but is meh on rollercoasters.

She can straight up empty out a ring toss booth

Alexia loves puns (seriously, I just asked mine to tell me a joke and she gave me “what do you call avocados in a hurry? Avo gotta goes!”)

As she says, she uses the bullying as a way of projecting her problems onto others. Like when she’s teasing Alexia about not looking good enough and laughing at Bing, she’s really secretly afraid she’s gonna be lonely forever and that she’s too ugly to get a date.

Easily bullied herself. Probably because of that projection thing.

Needs therapy and love to change, but she’s afraid of it.

Knew Celine before WKM. They were close as sisters. Losing Celine kinda broke her, since Celine helped her with so many of her mental issues, not to mention her death.

Okay, maybe just a bit of a bean.
