They say that you can see the best Lanterns/Parols in Pampanga. It's no suprise whenever they hold their annual Giant Lantern Festival every December with the participating towns, showcasing the ingenuity of its people with their colorful designs and engineering. See the towns' streets lined up with Christmas Lanterns/Parols for sale starting September through December.
