redraw! new version on the left, old on the right - it’s been about *counts on fingers* nine months? Maybe? anyway, have some fresh new alt jmarts, with some new little details ;] I’d like to think it’s an improvement!

In both, Jon is wearing a short-sleeved greenish band tee over a long-sleeved black and white striped shirt, all tucked into a black patterned midi skirt, plus black laced boots and fishnets. As well, he’s wearing black fingerless gloves, studded bracelets on each wrist, a studded choker and smudged dark eye makeup. He is casually holding an axe (decorated with asexual, bisexual and nonbinary pride flag stickers on the blade near the handle in the old version; the new version replaces the bi flag with the pan flag, and an agender flag sticker around the handle. He keeps it by his side with his left hand, and gestures with his right as he talks. His long hair is half up in a very messy bun, and his ears are pierced in several places. Jon is leaning against Martin and talking to him.

Martin is standing and leaning slightly into Jon, with one hand in his pocket and the other behind his neck. He is wearing a black beanie with flowers tucked in the brim, and curly dyed pink hair poking out. He’s in a black and white sweatshirt with yellow accents and “boys will bee bugs” printed across the front (the “be” is replaced with a cartoonish drawing of a bee.) Over that is a pale denim vest with spiked shoulders, plastered with various buttons and patches (including round buttons with the trans and gay pride flags, a cloud enamel pin, a pin reading “gay :)”, and patches such as “NOT LONELY ANYMORE”, a bright red flame, and “MONSTER BF” in the old version - the new replaces “monster bf” with a patch reading “eye heart you”, and adds an additional ace pin in the shape of a heart). Martin is wearing ripped black skinny jeans with chains dangling from each side - fishnets are visible through the rips - and pink, white and blue high top sneakers. Martin has both earlobes pierced and a septum piercing, as well as pastel pink eyeliner. He’s looking at Jon with a mischievous smile, already plotting shenanigans.

Their black and white outlines pop against the bright pink background, and give an illusion of depth. The old version has thicker lineart, and the colours are more discordant, while the newer version has thinner lineart, and the colours (hopefully) look more harmonious. End description.]
