Dinner at “Ultimo Refugio”, Bocas del Toro.
This is our last self photo-shot before our baby was born from my big belly :)
That night, 20th of December, a day before my due-date, as usually we were having a dinner. We were wondering how many more days we would wait until our girl was born (originally Clinton guessed the number 12 and I was thinking about the Christmas day). When we were talking about it, right after our dinner I started having stronger contractions (lighter ones started the night before). I went to our bedroom to relax a little bit and was planning on going back soon to have some tea with my mom. I did not happen to go back for a tea. My contractions were real and more intense and I knew that “this day” arrived. I showered, changed my clothes, What’sApp’ed my Doctor Rodrigo, took a last picture of us with that big belly and ... dealing with the situation we were waiting for the “fun” part...:)
Several times we went to the gym of Hard Rock Hotel :D
The view from the swimming pool of Trump Hotel opens a clear wide panorama of the ocean. It looks brighter on a sunny day when the lines between the sky and ocean water and a pool water are really emphasised.
Before our daughter was born, we had plenty of time to exercise every day. To do daily yoga on our porch was helping me with better breathing and stretching. I was hoping it would help me to have an easy and fast in-home birth of a baby. I felt great and active during the whole pregnancy and was very comfortably to exercise, travel with Clinton and enjoy life :)
I loved those times by the pool! I was enjoying a complete peace and silence knowing that soon there would be none! :D
Photo-credit goes to my best friend, my love, my husband :)
At the 7th months of my pregnancy when my belly was getting bigger and bigger, I faced the fact that my clothes was fitting really tight :)
Justeen was born on 21st of December which is only 4 days away from Christmas. This was our first Christmas together. We truly enjoyed to have our baby girl with us as our best Christmas gift.
