It's baaaaack! The famous, bewildering, 1986 octagonal Pancake Eggo Cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. Imagine, if you will, a house that from the outside, looks like a stack of pancakes. (I said use your imagination.) And, the 2bd, 4.5+ba., 1,980sqft interior is decorated in an Eggo theme. Asking $650k. Great for pancake lovers.
Enter via the porch, that goes around the house, through the buttery yellow front door that says "Eggo." I'm guessing that the odd theme came from the shape of the house.
It comes furnished, and you get the yellow pool table that graces the middle of the living room. Note the yellow ceiling fan, too. Not only is the Eggo box yellow, but so is butter. So, there's like a double theme.
There's a round bed in a nook in the living room. It's like a big pancake, topped with yellow "pats of butter & fruit," in the form of pillows. Note the matching pancake wallpaper.
The living room features a stone fireplace, yellow gingham (butter pats) wallpaper and a Pac Man arcade game.
It's especially great if you like yellow.
Check it out, the mantel on the fireplace looks like drippy pancake syrup.
You could rent it out as an Airbnb, but it's too cute.
Over here by the dining table you get a funky bowl of fake fruit and photos of the house on the wall.
And, look at the yellow kitchen.
You can't help but smile in this sunny yellow kitchy w/the red counters and yellow tile backsplash.
Look at the bottles lined up on top of the cabinets. The primary bedroom is right off the kitchen.
Wallpapered in yellow w/a matching fan.
Cute little bath.
Bedroom #2 has bright yellow bunks, a reading lounger, and fruity pillows.
And, it has a small bath that mirrors the other one.
Outside, the mailbox looks like an Eggo box.
Yellow lawn furniture.
Hot tub. Wonder if it's filled w/syrup.
Table for outdoor dining.
Lots of parking and two big decks that go around the house.
