Ingredients: 2 hake fillets. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp coconut oil.
Instructions: Combine almond flour, paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Apply the almond flour mixture to each hake fillet, pressing it firmly to adhere to the fish. In a skillet set over medium-high heat, warm the coconut oil. As soon as the oil is hot, add the hake fillets and cook for 34 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is golden brown. Take off the heat and serve warm.
