i need to ramble rq

okokok so i remember the other day that i read a post about how as a fan fic reader it's very very VERY strongly encouraged to comment on fics that you like and i just wanna say YES. PLEASE DO. i had someone give comments on my Paris fic and i cannot stop smiling i look insane.

honestly at first it started off funny because my Paris fic is angst with no comfort, so when I saw the first comment was this-

i was like "hehe. can't wait for their soul to shatter in the next chapter."

AND THEN-

which had me like "HEHEHEHE YESSS, PAIN AND SUFFERINGGG, I HAVE FUFILLED MY PURPOSE"

but what really got to me was this reader's last comment-

I DIED OF PURE SEROTONIN OVERLOAD. I STILL CAN'T STOP SMILING.

especially since the Paris fic was my very first fic (and first thing i wrote in 2+ years because writer's block) and i was doubting in how good it actually was, seeing someone react so genuinely and honestly and positively via comments went straight to my self-confidence as writer.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT ON FICS YOU LIKE (no matter how old they are, i promise the author won't care that you're reading an old fic) AND FEED OUR WRITER HEARTS.
