you know...what rly SUCKS about this whole panphobic revisionist gross MESS that is @l*c*sfilms making lando """"pansexual""""" (not really) is that....as a pan woman...i thought of him as pan!!! a lot of ppl have!!! i wanna see pan and proud characters, ESPECIALLY ones that i like and admire. it HURTS to have this icky, reductionist and stereotypical definition of MY orientation slapped onto a fictional character for diversity points. they don't care about pan ppl. they don't understand (or seem to care to understand) the definition of pansexuality. they don't (or don't seem to) care about respectful, accurate, and sensitive representation to an underrepresented sexuality. it HURTS....cause now i can't agree!!! do you understand????!!!! when someone says "lando is pansexual" i can't just agree!!! i can't be happy!!! cause, according to @l*c*sfilm & co., being pan means that ur a deranged sex-maniac who can and will fuck anything or anyone, especially animals or objects. doesn't matter if it's sentient!!! just needs a hole!!! how is this good representation???! what r they smoking????!!!! i can't begin to convey how harmful this is to my community and hurtful it is that pansexuality is, and continues to be, at worst a diagnosis and at best a punchline.
