9th Grade Trip 2014
the guy I lost my virginity to is marrying a woman he met the last night he and I ever kissed but now I'm facebook official with Lindsay's cat so we all know I won that breakup
I started eating strictly vegan, like all things worth doing, to impress a girl from Portland who I had just met.

#1 First show you became so obsessed with that you have watched and re-watched it a million times over the years and every time you see it on TV a little wave of nostalgia hits and you remember the day you fell in love with it for the first time?
Queer as Folk, the American version. That show is near and dear to my heart and it was the first show I watched that I'm still in love with and would rewatch at any time for any reason to this day.
#2 Have you had any pivotal moments in your life? Your own aha moment or life changing decision?
Mmm, maybe. I suppose the day during the first week of freshman year of high school when someone told me to come to theatre club, even though I'd never done theatre in my life. That kind of set me on track for all of high school and I became the stage manager and I've worked in professional theatre for a few years now and I'd like to keep working in the entertainment industry if possible. I guess that was pretty pivotal. Haha.
#3 You’re stuck on a deserted island! Name five things that magically appear. Rules: cannot be anything that will obviously get you off the island like a radio, boat, plane, gps etc.
My laptop with an infinite power source (this also counts as music so don't need the ipod! yes!)
A lot of food that is delicious and will keep me alive. Hahah.
Wifi
My books
My moleskin and pens with unlimited ink. I'm counting this as one because there is no point in pens with no paper or paper with no pens.
I would have said a person, but I mean, come on. I'm on a deserted island. I'm not going to strand someone else there with me. I'll skype people and just deal without physical contact and slowly go crazy. Everyone else can live their lives in civilization.
#4 Describe your bedroom in fine detail.
Okay. I'll do my room in my college house. It's where I spend most of my time.
From the door: Against the left wall we start with my bookshelf. It's a dark wood bookshelf with many books, a few being a complete works of Shakespeare, The Things They Carried by Tim O' Brien, a bunch of Neil Gaiman and some Terry Pratchett, a little John Green, Siddhartha, The Hobbit, and some older classics.
Next to that I keep my technology stuffs, like my DSLR, lenses, batteries, chargers, my drawing tablet, and other such things. Also, a crate that I use as a tiny table and shelf that houses my glasses and a journal and some condoms (not that I'm using those right now...) And then comes my lovely amazing bed. My bed is a full, with brown or blue sheets and pillow cases (always mixed and matched in some aesthetically pleasing combo) and a down comforter with a black and white duvet. Lots of pillows. Next to that on the other side, I've got a bedside table with my iHome and some chapstick and shit. I have a cellphone charger and laptop charger by my bed.
On the right wall, I've got my laundry hamper (dark blue and mesh), and then my dad's old acoustic guitar that I've been meaning to learn to play. I've got my desk (also a dark wood) and that's got all of my textbooks and papers and stuff in the shelves and yeah.
There are posters on the walls, including a Keep Calm and Carry On, a forest thing, and a few Andrew Bird posters. The walls are off white (rental house, we're not allowed to paint...) and the carpet is a medium tannish color. I've got a little walk-in closet and a full length mirror on the door.
That's my room! You're the one who asked for details! It's really pretty big. There's like. A lot of floor space.
#5 Post your desktop photo.
#6 If you could kill someone with no emotional, physical, legal or moral repercussions, would you?
Maybe. I'd have to give it a lot of thought and it would have to be someone really fucking deserving, but I can't flat out say that I wouldn't. In fact, I probably would. At least I'm honest.
#7 Is there a movie that made you cry like the sun will never shine again nor the birds sing nor the Nutella to ever flow freely from it’s Nutella factory-place-thingy! Name it.
Oh god. Um. The first time I saw "The Notebook" or maybe "Dead Poets Society" and like, fuck. I bawled at "War Horse" and OH MY GOD "FOX AND THE (FUCKING) HOUND." I legitimately cry every time I see that movie. I watched it like 8 months ago and cried so hard. Hahahaha.
#8 Do you like any weird food combinations or strange dish in general?
Ummm. I mean, I'm pretty tame in my food combos, I guess. Peanut butter on cheddar cheese isn't horrible? Hahaha. I could askmy roomie. One moment. She says grapefruit and soy sauce. But I think that's not weird to me because I'm Hawaiian and Hawaiians put soy on errthang.
#9 Would you rather have Tom Hiddleston admit he was madly in love with you but you could never be together or settle for second best and live in a happy yet loveless marriage.
I would probably go for the first one, not even because it's Tom, but more because I don't think I would be in a marriage if there wasn't love, no matter how much I wanted to be with the person. I even if I was happy, I feel like I would always think something was missing and that might lead me to do something I would later regret. I dunno. That's kind of a hard questions. The marriage just wouldn't mean as much if it wasn't based on love. Not that I'm saying all marriages have to be. I'm just saying that for me it wouldn't be as fulfilling.
#10 Would you rather have Tom Hiddleston question you face to face about your naughty Tumblr-ing or have your parents find it and discuss it with you face to face?
Definitely Tom. Hands down. I don't even care if he's like "There are like 234098 pictures of me and also of gay people on your blog. You are a motherfucking creep." I would take that over my parents being like "WHY ARE THERE SO MANY GAY PEOPLE. ARE YOU THIS WAY? WHAT HAVE WE DONE WRONG." Just. Please. No parents. I don't need to give them a heart attack.
#11 Would you ever write a book? What would it be about?
I would love to write a book. Currently, I don't think I have anything to write one about, but it would probably be about my ponderings on life and my own personal philosophy on happiness and relationships and the world and a little bit of science. That doesn't even sound interesting. Hahaha. But I love psychology and the way people work and I'm a bio major who's done a lot of the Arts and I've had some pretty interesting life experiences romantically and personally and I feel like I have some things that I just want to say and would like to give people the chance to read and think about, I guess.
And now, here are my questions:
1. If you could have one realistic (a in possible in this world. No flying and shit) wish, what would it be and why?
2. If you were forced to get some form of plastic surgery, what would you get?
3. What is the weirdest thing you have ever google searched? (This is tumblr. No one is gonna judge you.)
4. If you had to describe yourself in 20 words or less, what would you say?
5. What do you want to do with your life?
6. For the rest of your life, you will only be able to either 1. read books 2. watch movies 3. listen to music, which do you choose? Remember, after you choose, you will never be allowed to do the other two again (save for like, assignments and stuff.)
7. What is your favorite food? (Please include a picture)
8. What did you wear yesterday? Describe your outfit in detail.
9. Would you rather have to show your parents your internet history or swim with sharks.
10. If you had to give up all baked goods or give up dinner for the rest of your life, which would you choose?
11. How are you feeling today? Tell me about your life and how you're doing because I love you.
