i reaaaaaaally like webcomics like holy shit, i made a post on my personal with a list of my favorites with reviews and everything’s BUT THE WHOLE THING NEEDS TO BE SCRAPPED BECAUSE I HAVE MORE FAVORITES. (all my icons are from this is not fiction and todd allison and the petunia violet webcomics.)

i immediately distrust people who say rap has nothing intelligent to offer. like. really. i seriously hate how people treat rap music. no one’s getting on you about pop music or complaining about how most radio pop is ridiculously gimmicky; why do you get on others about rap? calling it uneducated? saying all it talks about is drugs and sex? that’s the type that gets onto the radio because, guess what, that’s what most people are paying for. do a little fuckin’ research and learn a little about rap, it’s roots, history, and the hip hop underground before you start spittin’ that mess in my direction.

on that note: i love macklemore, but i hate how people act like he’s some hip hop savior!! shut the fuck up. these themes have been on the hip hop scene for years; people are only paying attention now because a white guy has rolled up and they’re more willing to listen. don’t even fight me about this.
