10 Fun Facts: Oliver Hanes! 👑

OLIVER HANES:

Oliver is the second eldest of what's about to be 7 brothers total; he used to only have one, but his dad's current partner (aka Oliver's future step-mom... hopefully-) had sextuplets from a previous relationship. They've been together for a long time, though, and as far as Oliver's concerned, they're already family! If anything, he's just excited to finally have official authority.

Speaking of status, Oliver's birthday is May 8th. That actually makes him one of the OLDEST 7-C kids; third to only Amelia and Rudy.

His dad's partner is a Muslim lady. So with to the blended family situation going on, Oliver is becoming well-versed in the ways of Islam. According to him, nobody's pressuring anyone to full-on convert, but they are trying out each other's customs and holidays on top of their own. He seems to be having fun with it!

Despite the strawberry blond hair, freckles, braces, and literally being the shortest kid in the entire 7th grade on TOP of a tech geek, Oliver is... actually relatively popular?? He's well-liked within Class 7-C & has about 200-300 followers on all his social media.

His handle on everything is "KING_OLIVERSE." But he actually didn't pick it himself; Matthew did! Oliver asked all his classmates for suggestions a year or two before our story begins. Oliver took his because he liked the idea of being famous enough to own the universe.

Matthew describes their relationship as being "frenemies." Oliver thinks that word is cringe, but can't deny that it's true.

When they are on good terms, Oliver sometimes commissions Matthew to make art for his thumbnails! This doesn't happen a lot since he mostly does pranks or vlogs, but hey. At least Matthew gets more wishing well money!

Being a rich kid, Oliver owns a hoverboard. And he will flex that at literally any given opportunity. Same applies for literally any of his other tech, regardless as to how useful it actually is.

He's very active and literally only goes inside to edit videos or play video games. In case you couldn't tell by the shorts, Oliver's favorite sport is basketball; soccer is a close second. He also knows how to breakdance!

While he hangs with Wilbur and Jack a lot (especially the latter,) Oliver's actual best friend may arguably be somebody else completely? He's been close with another popular kid from the 8th grade SpEd class called "Solo" for a good two or three years.
