Spending an entire weekend without KJ had been absolute hell. They hadn’t been together that long and part of him knew that he shouldn’t be this attached to him but he couldn’t help it. One weekend away was more than enough for him. By this point, he’d been driving for house. It was just easier seeing how he hand both Daredevil and Keo with him. Exhaustion didn’t even begin to describe what he was feeling, but relief overtook him the moment he pulled up in from of KJ’s apartment. He was finally home and he couldn’t be happier. After everything that happened over the weekend, time with his boyfriend was long overdue.
He parked the car, stepping out he carefully grabbed both dogs from inside the car, taking a firm hold on their leash. “Come on, let’s go.” He spoke as he hurried up to the door. Once he was inside, he removed the leashes from the dogs. He knew if KJ was home, Keo would find him in just a matter of seconds. “Baby!” He called out as he picked up Daredevil, holding him close to his chest.
