Friendly Return? || Tank
The storm just seemed, weird to Frank. Although, it probably didn’t help that he and Alice had been all dressed and ready for the party they thought of attending. Then the storm came in and kind of blew away all of their plans. However, the young couple was more than capable of being able to keep themselves entertained while they had to wait out the storm inside. It was almost as if the first amount of time in a while when Frank felt semi normal. He didn’t have to worry about being around people, acting like everything was okay with himself and that he had nothing to worry about. It was time where he could just be and spend time with Alice. His wife had been there for everything that had happened throughout the year. All of the highs and every low that had shown up. This low was lasting longer than the others, but Frank had to hope that he would get through it soon enough.
Standing out on his back patio, Frank was watching the dark clouds that had been moving around the sky. It was odd to see that the storm had stopped, but these clouds were still hanging around. Almost made it seem like something bad was coming. Walking back inside, he had set his coffee back on the kitchen counter before walking through to his living room. It was the sound of his dogs barking that had brought his attention to the being standing in his house. “Bloody hell!” He cursed as he looked up at the figure. It took him a moment, but finally he realized who it was. He felt himself freeze a bit as he tried to think of how this could be happening. Was he still sleeping? The being in his living room looked so real. Almost as if they were. “Ted? No... It can’t be. Your-” His voice cut off. If this was dream, he wasn’t enjoying it.
