Logical Inconsistencies

If Ballas wanted us to kill Space Mom, no, The Lotus so much, why did he make the Paracesis cost 1000 ducats?!

This tiny bit of gilding right here, that’s where all of those hours of farming go to?!?! And the Eidolon shards? Where are they, do they suddenly turn into some weird grey metal, or is that just the Galatine? Admittedly it’s a cool design and all, but the jury’s still out on whether or not it’ll be useful. I guess we’ll see.
