They'd probably have idle chit-chat about families, and bits of teasing because he's such a fucking cheesy daddy !! Neo would be very entertained from the small tales because he does enjoy listening, asides from information. [God he's like Maes Hughs kill me......]I'd imagine a more sibling-like relationship between the two of them, probably catches Rudolf now and again whenever he's eating out with the Doctor.

I can see Sylvester being a creature of habit in regards to what he does on his lunch breaks, so he probably frequented the place where Rudolf works. And they probably had a very normal client-patron relationship until  one of them opens their big mouths for an awful joke, although Sylvester probably walked right into it while pondering his coffee choices one day.

Also, eventually Sylvester just ends up ordering two omelettes for him and Keel on a weekly basis and finally Rudolf gets curious enough to ask why he always has to box one immediately. Keel likes her treats. ))
