"y/n!" jean calls out, you open your window and see him with his goofy smile, an acoustic guitar sitting comfortably in his hands. the setting is very familiar for you. you lean against the window making yourself comfortable.
"this one's for you," jean clears his throat leaning towards the mic, he got the full set-up. his voice shaky at first but as the song builds up to its chorus, his voice transitions to low and charming.
that's when it clicked for you, this is exactly what you have told him a long time ago. "..a dream that will never come true" you sigh while kicking a random stone. "dreams always comes true, y/n" he smiles at you fondly.
the last strum of the guitar officially ends the song, you stare at him with pure adoration in your eyes. "jean..." you inhale deeply before giving him your brightest smile, "the answer's yes."
