We have lost the plot.

I just spoke to a dude who wanted to sue his son's daycare for "exclusionary punitive practices" - what are these practices? His son was moved to a table by himself for approximately 30 minutes.

Why was he moved to another table? The class was working on a craft and he kept trying to grab his seatmates project. He was moved to the other table until the craft was completed.

We are not living in the real world.

yanno what a great filing system is? take a file, shove papers into it until you can't close it. get another file and continue. do this for about 50 years and screw anyone who needs to find stuff.

I have a brief to write at work today (its due tomorrow and I haven't had time to start it yet), and of course I'm in the middle of a fibro flare. I hurt all along my arms and hands (perfect for typing right?), my neck and back are also killing me (great for reading docs all day!), I'm exhausted and caffeine triggers my fibro fog something awful (it works for a few hours, but the effects the next day are terribad), I'm not sleeping well because of fibro and stress, and between my concentration issues and sleepiness I'm just as likely to fall asleep at my desk as to work at it. I have to soldier through no matter how shitty I feel right now, pretending I'm fine, instead of sleeping for a day like I need to. Just the thought makes me want to curl up to cry. Body, why you gotta be an asshole like this??? Sigh. :/
