South Park Told Paramount They Wouldn’t Censor Their Trump Episode

More specifically, they wouldn’t blur one tiny, small, itty bitty, tinsey part of the episode.

Hate, love, or indifferent to South Parks and its' creators but these two have the biggest pair of brass balls. They said fuck Paramount and fuck Trump all in one episode.

The Avatar Universe is basically a tragedy

Ugh I can’t word….

With how beloved and popular it was, the IP should have become a large franchise ages ago.

But now, there’s leaks and apparent wide discourse of “sticking it to Paramount” by pirating the movie if seeing at all (when Paramount doesn’t seem to have ever cared). And LoK before got fucked over thoroughly. Also, books, but changing media changes the accessibility.

Then the Live Action projects… I THOUGHT WE AGREED TO SEPARATE THEM.

I think what would be better would be to return to the OG show and revise it. Make it better. Especially since it’s hailed as THE western work of representation—though still very much has its issues—and the end of Book 3 has always felt wonky.

Then LoK, then covering those books; post Book 1-3 and of previous avatars.

Some people in high places clearly want to relive that success of the Alta show even if it’s of course just a money grab (see the LA adaptions), so coming back to and FIXING the problems with it, I feel is a good way. As mentioned above, how amazing would it be for such a large and hailed project to BETTER its representation (including voice actors, because that also matters).

Seriously, THAT’S what people want to see, especially ex-kid fans.
