Species Dysphoric Flag

Species Dysphoria: a condition in which a person feels that their body is of the wrong species. Many with this condition believe it is because their external body does not reflect their inner identity. As a result of this, the person may feel discomfort, confliction or confusion.

This is not essentially species dysmorphism/dysmorphia, because dysphoria has to do with identity too. Not all species dysphorix are transspecies though, and vice-versa.

Does anyone here know any animal paraphyletic species besides brown bears? Learning about paraphyly and I think it's super interesting and would love to see some more examples.
