Every order is individually barbecued on a seekh (/seek/ noun: skewer) and cooked in its juices to make each bite dissolve in your mouth. The beef roll pairs well with our crunchy, colorful salad (/suh·lawd/ noun: slaw). All our rolls are wrapped in our homemade flaky, buttery 10” paratha and come with a side of creamy raita.
