imagine christmas in bag end, little baby Frodo helping to set decorations. Imagine Bilbo not knowing what to do for Thorin, it’s already been so many years since he’s been in the shire. Bilbo looks over at Frodo to see him playing inside Bilbo’s patchwork robe and all of a sudden Bilbo has an idea. So he goes down to the market on the weekends and spends weeks getting fabric and making stitch-work. On christmas day Thorin gets a patchwork robe in all blues because Bilbo knows that there are some things about home that are always missed and right in the middle there is a square of maroon and blue to remind them of lake town and the first time they wore each others colors

Taking a break from drawing dwarf wizards to draw tiny halloween things because reasons. Parent!shield is slowly becoming my favourite thing, and these dorks would absolutely make the biggest deal out of halloween. All the litte hobbits want to trick or treat at Bag End because Bilbo makes the best sweets and Thorin gives out way too many to sweets. I can already see this becoming another series and I haven’t even finished my wizards yet, someone stop me ;-;

ok but Thorin wanting to craft the best baby crib for Frodo and using branches from the oak tree that him and Bilbo planted for the wood and telling Frodo that it symbolizes their strength as family
