The U.S. Supreme Court blocked a California law that would have prioritized the right of transgender students to tell their school to not tell their parents that the student is transgender. So, to be blunt, the child has no right to privacy or to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness because of their parents' right to control their child. In other words, children are a parent's property, and not an inchoate person and citizen.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but parents rights activists are weirdly supportive of a lot of policies that would help child abusers. Like I’m not saying that all parents rights activists are abusing children but it’s weird how many policies they want that would make it way easier to get away with abuse. Like it’s barely a ven diagram, it’s a fucking circle.

Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer company, has a new parental leave policy for salaried employees globally.
Primary caregivers, who may be of any gender, have a minimum of 16 weeks fully-paid leave, while secondary caregivers have two weeks of fully-paid leave.
The policy gives new benefits to parents whose children were adopted or surrogate-born and to fathers.
This standard applies in the 52 countries in which AB InBev operates for salaried employees.
Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s biggest beer company, has set a new global parental leave standard for its nearly-200,000 salaried employees in 52 countries.
Under the new policy, primary caregivers, who may or may not be the mother, will receive a minimum of 16 weeks of time off at full pay. Secondary caregivers will receive a minimum of two weeks off at full pay. This policy is inclusive of natural births, adoption, and surrogacy.
