my mom made a fear food for dinner and was hovering as i tried to plate my meal. after dinner i tried to ask for assistance w/ packing to no avail; as usual everyone scattered to their own corner. i tried to communicate, to be assertive. no one listens; they say they do but their actions don't reflect that.

i got emotional because i feel overwhelmed w the entire prospect of moving and i'm having a hard time figuring out what to prioritize or how to pack the car while also making sure there's room for Nutmeg. my parents whisper. they admittedly don't know what to do when i'm upset. i become more upset. i try to leave the room to self-regulate, they follow to try to fix me despite not understanding, the situation does not improve.

i am exhausted. i cannot take a deep breath. my heart is pounding and my chest feels constricted. i cannot identify a single feeling; likely everything on the fear spectrum and then some.
