I feel absolutely fantastic about everything today! Last night my friend and I went to the gym at 11:30pm for a quick fix of sweat and we stayed there till 12:40. We then came back home and I really wanted to eat some veggie lasagna I made earlier but managed to make myself to wait till the morning. I wasn't even hungry so why should I eat?
THen this morning I weighed myself at 170.6! Like hells yeah! That means I need to lose 0.6 to be in the 60s again :) I can do that. One pound at a time!
This morning I had 1 avocado toast (yay, just one!), orange slices, and black coffee :) Simple but delicious! I can get used to this.
Anyways, I plan on having 1 slice of lasagna with some steamed veggies for lunch, and a mixed salad for dinner. snacks will be fruit and yogurt. I also want to do shoulders and arms at the gym today and maybe 30 mins of cardio. Other than that, I need to plan out my days errands.
