Let’s talk about burnout! I follow a very strict half marathon plan, which I can share if you message me! I also do intermittent fasting just about everyday and go to the gym 5 days a week. Yesterday, I didn’t feel super great, and today my legs are super sore because I didn’t stretch afterwards. This is not self care! This is overworking myself, and not for a greater cause. So today, I’m going to stay home.. do some recovery yoga to loosen my tight muscles, use my oils, and just relax. I love the freedom of my schedule and that I get to choose to do this!!
