I did some therapeutic shopping today. Let’s say it was a rest day - I walked more than 10 000 steps and helped out in the kitchen for the half of day so I didn’t really manage to get any workout done. I’m gonna stretch later tho.

hello loves,

today was supposed to be the third leg day of the week, but I woke up at 3am and couldn’t go back to sleep, so I took a rest day today.

such an important lesson, listening to my body and giving it the rest it deserves on the days that it needs it while being disciplined and consistent on the days that I simply feel lazy.

very much looking forward to the weekend. going to a friend’s theater play tonight, and then the rest of the weekend will be chill and probably spent relaxing, working on my blog and cleaning the apartment.
