Paris HQ is excited to announce it’s very first, and very colourful task!! As it has barely been a week since officially opening, we first and foremost wanted to come up with a task that would focus on creating a better understanding of your characters and exploring the depths of their personalities. We believe this task will not only be beneficial for you and the development of your character, but also for other members to learn more about your unique muse!! That being said, all of the information you need for Task #1 can be found under the read more!
Participation is required from everyone, though we do hope you will to enjoy it instead of considering it a chore!
The purpose of this task is to explore your character using colour as your guide, which is explained further below.
Pick a colour that you believe matches the personality of your character. We would prefer you to pick more specific shades than just red or blue-- try crimson, or azure. Such specificity could correlate to certain traits unique to your character that we would love to see you talk about!
When you have picked your colour, either make a simple aesthetic graphic featuring that colour in 6-8 photos, or you may upload 6-8 pictures that you like that feature the colour, if making graphics isn’t your forte. This is where you can be most creative, picking pictures of certain items or things in colours that perhaps correlate very specifically to your character’s interests or traits, etc. Some examples of colour aesthetic graphics can be viewed here, here, and here.
Upload the graphic you have created or your selected photos, and then in the description write at least one full paragraph describing the colour you have chosen in its correlation to your character. For example, you may have picked a crimson red because your character stands out strongly compared to others, or some other reason you see red associated with.
Google is your friend in finding the right hue!! Many websites offer insight into meanings behind certain colours, and even if they don’t explain the exact shade you have chosen, you can use an explanation of the basic counterpart of your shade as a guide (if there is no detailed info on the shade of olive green, use explanations on the simple colour green as a starting point).
