I haven't yet! The operative word being yet. Definitely on my cue of things to watch because the stuff on my dash is intriguing. I'm not familiar with the source material but a perfunctory wikipedia search confused me... it's about vampires???

trust me, they grow on you!! i adore all of series three and i had a hard time letting go of the first cast, too.

hahahaha yeah i'm sure they'll grow on me. :D Just like the first cast did. Can't wait to get to know the new characters. I can already feel Effy becoming my favourite of this second generation. 

I will say, i absolutely adore that last scene in the season 2 finale where she's lying in tony's bed and she winks at the camera. ITS SO CUTE. hehehe. 

But yes. I'm excited.

you MUST read DDtC when you get a chance. it's beyond amazing. i originally recommended last year during lovecember and broken everyone's hearts when it wasn't completed. but it's SO. GOOD.

Apparently I did! Though a quick glance at the first section looked completely unfamiliar to me! I need to re-read it obviously!

nevertothethird found my old rec which I remembered as being about another story which I thought started post-Beaver jump. My brain is made of Alpine Lace.

This is why I can’t do recs for vmficrecs — my memory is totally shit and even my favorite ever VM stories are mentally filed as “Veronica and Logan do it like, for five hours”, “Veronica and Logan do it in the Range Rover in the rain”, and “Veronica and Logan forget to eat because they were doing it so much”* not by their titles or the names of the authors. IT IS CRIMINAL AND PATHETIC.

*These are all sensitive and beautifully written stories that are about way more than bangage. Seriously. I am the worst.

i guess technically it could work both ways bc her and logan are reconnecting after creepy dude sabotaged them and they both thought the other had blown them off and didn't care about them anymore. so they're learning more about each other and their relationship as a whole. 

also it could work as self discovery for veronica yk bc she isn't really sure what career she wants to continue with (unless i'm merging fics together in my head in which case pls forgive me)

but yeah mostly it's the creepy stalker whose face isn't in any of the yearbooks, who nobody can remember from hs, aND WHO WATCHES THEIR EVERY MOVE
