It’s always amazed me that on my street so many people have driveways that they don’t use. Our street parking allows for it but there has been a lot of development in my area, including another bar down the street so sometimes it gets bad. We have a driveway at our home but it was illegally made (no curb cut just a tar ramp) that was removed when the street was done over and my parents never got a curb cut for one reason or another, but it still sometimes get used when my sister leaves a car here to go to the in laws for two weeks. Anyway, this has prompted my latest poll idea:
Do you or the people in your household park in the driveway?
Yes, garage and all.
Yes, but no garage.
Yes, but with occasional street parking.
Yes, but there’s not enough room for all of so some street park
Yes, but not that often because it’s easier to street park.
No, all street parking all the time because there is no driveway.
No, there is an assigned parking space for the home.
No, there is a driveway but it’s unusable so street parking it is.
No, street parking all the time despite a usable driveway
No, it’s all about public transit or that side passenger life.
Please reblog for larger sample size, TY!
Things that make no sense to me:
[Image ID: A black car parked at an angle in a space marked 'no parking' with white diagonal lines in between two disabled parking spots. End ID]
People parking in the very clearly marked "no parking" spaces next to disabled parking spots as if they aren't there for people with mobility aids.

I parked in a disabled spot yesterday.
I also don't have a disabled badge for my car. And that seemed to piss off this one guy, like fair enough.
But here's the thing. I'm not "disabled enough" to qualify for a disability badge. Which is wrong. As we all know this disease fluctuates. And yesterday was a bad lung day and pain day for me and I wasn't about to make things worse for myself.
I find it unfair that I don't qualify for a disabled badge. So does anyone know how I can get help to get one? Before somebody yells at me and I snap their neck for being an inconsiderate prick.
