I just spent all night at an election count and my god it was like being in a liminal state - two of the candidates were twin brothers in matching suits.
Okay in light of the absolutely ridiculous developments in the UK, I can't be the only one who's noticed that France, the US, and the UK are ALL collapsing and they ALL based their current gov. systems off one another at around the same time in history, right?
Like,,, my brothers in christ YOU decided to cheat off of each other's homework and now you're shocked that all three of you got F's.
Ok so in the UK a prime minister (head of state (ish, enough for this)) is chosen every 4 years. However due to several conservative (dominant party) fuck ups Boris is now the 3 prime minister to resign, IN A ROW. And we have had 3 (soon too be 4) prime minister's in 1½ terms.
We are speed running election cycles.
