A quick and flavorful Italian pasta dish featuring the bold flavors of garlic, olive oil, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: 250g pasta of your choice. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with black pepper. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the garlic-infused oil and pepper. If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper if desired.
