they want to be able to form connections with humans and help them and thats really sweet and cuz of the ceres pattern recognition programs they can easily notice if a person has a certain disorder or problem! HOWEVER they are really, really bad at bringing this in a way that doesnt upset the person.

for example they talk five minutes to edward and they go “sir i think you’ve highly likely experienced domestic abuse which is why you’re so agressive to strangers as a way to make sure you wont get hurt anymore! you should go see a therapist so you stop drinking and self harming so much! :D” they mean the best but this understandably doesnt really….work that well
