if it were me, I'd probably just block ppl who give you ship hate or get into passive-aggressive Kombat over it. sometimes they'll act like pride fans are being oversensitive or whatever, but it'll save you from dealing with hate in the long run from people who don't realise they could just block the tag. shippers of any sort shouldn't have to deal with it
