Gotta get something off my chest. 🗣️ I know this might stir the pot, but I'm hurting ,
It's disheartening to witness the blatant disregard for Jimin's contributions. Being an ARMY shouldn't mean turning a blind eye to one of our own. I've seen this attitude linger, and it's time to speak up. Jimin's achievements are valid, and he deserves the same recognition. It's not about tearing down others; it's about lifting all members equally. To those who genuinely support him, keep spreading positivity. To the rest, I'm stepping away from a fandom that can't appreciate the talent and effort Jimin brings. ✌️ #StandWithJimin
But then Lady Laura had been in love with him,—was perhaps almost in love with him still.
Anthony Trollope, from Phineas Finn
Suddenly my writings don't have meaning in it/ suddenly I've been in love with everything i interact with/ sudden-ness is partiality to my personality/ i don't feel wind anymore/ i don't feel my tears falling off/ my cries are muffled my existence is shuffled/ I'm going on but i don't know what's pushing me off.
Indian education system has fallen to new lows with bereavement of acceptance of criticism. The universities/institutes/schools which as a part of curriculum teach us that feedback is the most essential part of communication, neglect feedback of students. With the egocentric faculties taking it as a blow to their esteem, I have seen entire an batch score low because the students simply told the HOD that the teacher is not efficiently explaining the concepts.
Personal love has typically been thought too wonderful to remove from human life; but it has also been seen (not only by philosophers) as a source of great moral danger because of its partiality and the extreme form of vulnerability it involves, which make a connection with jealousy and anger virtually inevitable.
Martha Nussbaum, Upheavals of Thought
“My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality. For if there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes, and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,” have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?” (James 2:1-4)
