You know, Weather.com, you are generally accurate, but today I'm gonna have to call bullshit on your forecast

Because it is certainly not "partially cloudy." 

The whole sky is a blanket of grey. I can't find the sun anywhere. I know it's still slightly to the east-ish but not really because it's really noon but still

And with the sky full of rain clouds, I reckon there's more than a "0%" of rain. Just a guess.

Though it does feel like 75 degrees, and my house's thermostat would agree, so I'll give you that one
