I am so glad you asked, cause I was thinking about the Pidge family tree earlier

Loonleg & Moldbriar have had two litters, one in their 20s and one in their 50s. They’re your typical old couple who have spent an eternity together and are a little cooky.

Their first litter had 3 kits. Duckstorm is mute and spends most of their time working, as they find their most at peace when occupied. Wigeontail is also fairly quiet, but still enjoys a good game, though they’d rather commentate. Goosethroat is rather strict and stubborn, very focused on raising her kits to be good strong warriors. Sunnyflight balances her out as her headstrong and goofy husband.

Their second litter is Bright and Shaded! Y’all already know about them. Shaded gets on well with Wigeon, as the two enjoy philosophical talks about starclan. Bright is a lot like his dad, and he gets on really well with Sunnyflight, the three often take the kits out to play games.

Sunny and Goose only have one litter at the moment, but plan to have more in the future. Yall know Pigeon, he’s the runt of his litter and his bigger sisters pick on him a little. He’s also named after Wigeon, as they have similar fur. Robin is very loud and chaotic, and often plays pranks on the other cats, usually egged on by her dad and grandpa. Partridge is a lot like her momma, strong, quiet and determined, she also likes to hang out with Duckstorm.

Yall can ask questions about the Bird fam if you want, but they won’t really be that important in the story.

This one is an older piece; I wish I had time to draw like I used to. I feel bad this one never saw the light so I guess I’m posting it now. Anyway,

This drawing was supposed to go hand by hand with a short story that I never finished, so I’ll try to summarize:

Partridgepaw (small, ticked calico cat) is about to leave his clan (Clayclan) to train as a seer. Due to the belief that they were accomplices to numerous murders during a difficult time in Clayclan (‘the moon-blind period’), Clayclan’s actual seer (Kitepad, not present in the drawing) is living in Mountainclan at the beginning of this story. Patridgepaw is originally meant to leave for this clan, where they are meant to train under Kitepad. Their naming as seer apprentice is to happen in this gathering so their family is saying their goodbyes and wishing them luck, however, before the ceremony can begin, Brookclan claims mentorship rights over Partridgepaw as restitution for the murder of Morningstar’s (Brookclan leader) only child by a clayclanner.

The situation greatly angers every clayclanner in the gathering as they culturally see Brookclan as a merciless clan and believe they are trying to force an ‘eye-for-an-eye’ kind of situation by endangering or, possibly, hurting Partridgepaw. The situation escalates and the moon starts to cloud, so Genetstar (Clayclan’s leader, also not present in this drawing) decides to acquiesce knowing that they owe Brookclan and, if the rest of the clans were to be involved, Clayclan would lose this battle. As Partridgepaw leaves with Brookclan, the clouds dissipate and the moon shines again, Mother Moon indulges this decision.

Bunch of extra designs!

They won’t be seen in the main comic, but I wanted to do some designs for them anyway.

First is Cowstar, previously Cowheart, leader of SheepClan. She is levelheaded and calm, known to deal with conflict with a soft voice and open mind. He is widely praised for settling disputes between the clans, however, his want for resolve is sometimes seen as weakness from more hostile cats.

Yall have seen little Lilacpaw before, sister of Coldsight! Known for causing mischief and pranks, she and her brother we originally loners found by a StagClan patrol. The two kits had been roughing it in the wilderness and were quickly welcomed into the clan. They siblings have been close ever since and the two are a well loved addition to the clan.

And lastly are Robinpaw and Partridgepaw, sisters of Pigeonpaw daughters of Sunnyflight and Goosethroat. The two sisters couldn’t be more different, Robin is loud and adventurous, whereas Partridge is quiet and reserved. The leader and her faithful henchman. The two get along well swimmingly with Lilacpaw and they, along with Pigeon, love to chat and spar at gatherings.

Hello to y’all and a happy (late) new years! Apologies for being a little quiet as of recent, to be 100% transparent, I’ve just been hyperfixated on other stuff haha! I’m not putting to much pressure on myself to post constantly here, as I don’t want to get burn out or anything, but I’ll try and get something out soon

Speaking of, to give y’all a little something, I’m gonna go ahead and post the dropped writing project I was making for Christmas! It’s short as I kinda gave up on it, but I still think it’s cute! For the record, this is set a year before the cats depart for the journey, pre OakWeb break up (yes they were a couple at one point). Hope y’all enjoy!!
