#partsofapainting While painting the mask for the smaller piece that I'm completing, I wanted to get started on this portrait. I don't normally begin by painting the hands for a portrait piece, but I wanted to do something different. My approach is to move around, and not get fixated on accurately depicting a small part of the hand. Wasn't going to post anything today but decided to post this part of the painting I've been working on. Today has been so blah and uninspiring, not really trusting what's to come but I'm hopeful regardless. And my vision, my path remains solid and will not be deterred.
