This takes place after the end of the game assuming the reader had romanced Alisa. So basically what I think could have happened

It's time to return home, the graves have been tended to, candles lit and prayers said it's time to return to your humble abode. Once again in the familiar sight of a taxi you couldn't help but stare out the window, you couldn't feel the breeze as it was approaching colder seasons, and the taxi driver probably wouldn't appreciate you cracking the window open.
With all the years that have gone by you'd think you'd get used to these roads, since you don't have to put on the blindfold anymore the roads have surely been more recognisable. You can actually sightsee and take in the beauty of this town now without that piece of cloth in the way. But all things must come to an end and with how long you have left until dawn it's best you start my journey home.
Well on the bright side you have someone waiting for you at home. Alisa, your other piece, even after all these years you can't believe you were able to capture her heart. That amazing woman, you'd be lucky to be able to be in her presence let alone have her call you hers. ‘It's getting late, how was she?’ you couldn't help but worry.
Finally passing by familiar road signs you were almost home, perhaps it wasn't too late to join the new year's party. You should probably say hi to some old friends, perhaps even Arban would be there, she should probably take a break from traveling and her cabernet.
Not to mention Stefan would be a nice face to see too, especially will everything that happened back in that town. I'm glad it's behind us now.
The screeching of tires catches your attention once again as you approach a familiar sight, your home. Stepping out of the car and tipping the driver you fish a set of keys out of your pocket, from behind the door you can hear a faint ringing of a bell, must be Augustus. Oh your cute loveable kitty, he must have been so lonely. Rattling the door open you are met with the sight of Augustus at your feet staring up into your eyes, oh his adorable round beady eyes, eventually it has become red due to his turning he still had his charm of being the cutest kitty you have laid your eye upon.
Now with some time to kill, you should probably fly over to Stefan's place for the party knowing that bunch they must be having a blast. Probably not just because you're missing your darling.
Aha there's an open window, of course you had to keep up the tradition of giving Stefan a little surprise, it wouldn't be the same without that. Flying through the kitchen window it looks like there was only one person there, Stefan, just the person you were looking for. Slowly and carefully you turn invisible and making sure your footsteps don't make a peep you sneak over and pinch him on the arm.
‘OUCH, I know that was you Liza, show yourself you chaos gremlin. I should have known you would sneak up on me like this, I ought to keep the windows closed next time.’ he sighed. And you couldn't hold back your giggling any longer, hearing the commotion happening you spot someone in yellow walking towards the two of you. ‘ Oh my darling, I'm glad you could make it. How was your visit?’ Alisa said, chuckling softly at the two of you.
Walking towards your lover you were noticeably more chipper than when you left, it felt great putting all those old memories behind you, appreciate the past but live in the present is what some like to say. Oh you couldn't help but spill all about what has changed and what hasn't to the two. Perhaps you really should appreciate that town more as how else would you get closer to your lover and friends of course.
Cabernet in hand and mouth full of nostalgia you just couldn't help but reminisce about your past and perhaps you'd look forward to your future more than you thought.
