paspinkian: a xenic alignment to the color pastel pink

combining the march 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th prompts from @mogai-sunflowers’ coining event, ‘pink/pastel pink’, ‘blue/pastel blue’, ‘yellow/pastel yellow’, and ‘purple/pastel purple’! these use the same format as my chromarian flags.
