Do we think pascals and Sierpiński’s triangles are siblings or dating?
okay all my friends are tired of my rant but one of the coolest triangles has got to be Pascal's triangle right? Like look at that thing it contains everything like a beat little pile of fun things.
However I have a bone to pick with this naming convention
As much as I love pascal triangle I can acknowledge that it looks like something a kindergartner would doodle in their notebook and the fact that it has so many cool properties is merely coincidence.
Now I don't know how intentional the creation of this triangle was but I do know for a fact that pascal doesn't know the extent to how cool this triangle is. Infact we are finding new cool things about it all the time. A lot of mathematician have contributed to discovering all the fun things about pascal triangle. Why are you attaching all that work to one name? It is a group project call it the triangle. You don't call the snowflake fractal Koch's snowflake. (Actually some people do) And you don't call the law of cosine al-kāshī law. The pascal does not deserve this triangle.
This whole rant is from someone who does not know anything about pascal and is not to be taken too seriously. I'm sure he was a smart human being if anyone wants to tell me more about his life please do.

Pascal Triangle
Pascal triangle is set of numbers arranged in the form of triangle.
45. Pascal's Triangle
Given numRows, generate the first numRows of Pascal's triangle.
For example, given numRows = 5, Return
[ [1], [1,1], [1,2,1], [1,3,3,1], [1,4,6,4,1] ]
Just follow the rule of T[i][j] = T[i - 1][j] + T[i - 1][j + 1].

Each number in the triangle is the sum of the two directly above it.
